The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Wisconsin Chapter (SIOR), in accordance with the UW-Milwaukee Charles Ball Scholarship Fund, have awarded two UW-Milwaukee students working towards certificates in the real estate industry with scholarships totaling $6,000. Tony Haning, one of the recipients and current Sales Associate at The Boerke Company, will be able to use the scholarship funds to cover some of the costs accrued while he continues progress towards his degree in Finance.

The SIOR Wisconsin Chapter donated $3,000 to the Charles Ball Scholarship Fund, and then had that amount matched by the SIOR National Chapter. The two students were selected based on academic and financial requirements set forth by the Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
