The Boerke Company in the Press:
Sumner Street Property LLC purchased a 14,742-square-foot retail building at 427 W. Sumner St., Hartford, from Ride Free LLC for $695,000. It was previously occupied by a Harley-Davidson dealership, which closed a year ago when it was consolidated into a West Bend Harley dealership. The Boerke Company, Inc. recently announced that Bryant & Stratton College will be leasing an additional 10,500 square feet of space in the Reuss Federal Plaza building in Milwaukee. Bryant & Stratton College already leases 50,000 square feet of office space in the building, but will use the new area to expand its campus by adding classrooms, labs and a student lounge.
